Staff friendly and caring.
Our dog gets so excited to have a play day at camp bow wow. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The convenience of getting our dog a bath and nail trim right before we pick him up is a bonus.

The staff seem to really love the dogs. Its really nice to watch your dog on camera to see they are doing well. The staff do such a good job managing the dogs playing. There are a lot of dogs in one space and they are ALWAYS barking endlessly. We go to another place sometimes and they don't allow them to freely bark all day, which is nice. One of my biggest complaints is that they have very limited play time on Sunday and are in their kennels for quite a bit that day. Attention if your pet takes meds!!!!!!! Do NOT take your pet here. They are so disorganized they messed up my dog's food, (special allergy diet) feed my dogs other food, couldn't tell me what they ate, doesn't give a neurology patient dog prescribed meds as directed, nor baths that's were booked but managed to bill me twice for the non existent baths. Lack of attention to detail, and lack of a system to identify boarded vs day care dogs is the only reason I was able to receive for this mixup. All employees that told me they ... read more
