We love camp bow wow but more importantly, our 8 month old golden, Ruby, LOVES camp bow wow. She drags us into their building every time we drop her off. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They treat Ruby like their own. Their facility is always so clean and they provide a safe place for Ruby to play all day long. Thank you!
Great place but not for .y dog
My pup visited several times with no issues. The last time he visited no problems were noted. The most recent time I requested boarding Erin noted that he had had a behavioral problem and had been mounting, and it could not be corrected by the staff. We discussed it, I expressed my surprise, and she said she would dig deeper and get back to me but never did. For the last two years, we have had nothing short of good things to say about Camp Bow Wow, until today. My wife received a phone call out of the blue, which went to voicemail, stating that our dog was being dismissed due to mounting others. While I can understand and am empathetic especially towards the safety of the other patrons and employees, we asked verbatim if this was going to be an issue the last time our dog was there and the answer was “no, he can be redirected and we love him.” My first issue is that we clearly a... read more
