Staff is so helpful, friendly, and attentive! We came in for a bath, staff greeted her happily and let her sniff around the camp so that she could get comfortable. They also offered a tour of the facility which is very clean and spacious. The groomer did a great job with my dogs bath and deshed - will be back again!
This place is unbelievable! I love how they do a dog interview prior to accepting your dog, they insure that it’s a good fit. The staff is incredible and you can tell they love the dogs. The cameras are there so you can see how your pup is doing..mine loved it there. We’re going to have to board them for a few days and I’m very secure that they’ll be well taken care of. Absolutely love them!
I had a very disappointing experience boarding my dog Roux (male) at Camp Bow Wow due to poor communication and inconsistent information from staff. Roux stays with his cousins, Skye and Felix, daily during the week. And when I am traveling. We informed staff of this when we did their initial interview as we knew we would be boarding them at the end of the month. However, I received completely conflicting information multiple times. I have always been a huge fan of Camp Bow Wow. I'm super pumped that they opened up in Anchorage. We took Winnie there and were very impressed with how clean it is. The staff is extremely friendly and made her feel right at home. Thank you Camp Bow Wow! You're my go-to place in Anchorage!
