You know its a great place when your dog cant wait to go in! Literally runs in and right up the counselor who greets you at the door.
Place smelled bad and appeared to be dirty. When I picked my dog up she seemed highly stressed and had a weird scent coming off of her. Looking on their cameras during day care was chaotic. They place all the dogs in. A huge warehouse and separate them by wired fence, so the smaller dogs can see the larger dogs. Not very sanitized in the dog area. Not pleased.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The whole interview process was very professional, and we felt our pup was in great hands the whole time. We cannot wait to send her again (she loved it!).
Maggie & Daisy had a great grooming experience! The dogs came home looking cute and feeling tired—double win!
The staff at Camp Bow Bow were always very kind and they treated my pup very well. They always loved on her and treated her like their own. Knowing that my dog was going to be well taken care of while I was at work gave me great peace of mind. Thank you Camp Bow Bow for taking such good care of my pup.
