RecommendedI love the fact that I can watch my dog LIVE via their webcams.
RecommendedMy dog, Vanessa, is very dog and people friendly. Instead of leaving her home in her crate when I have errands to run, I would rather her have exercise and fun time at "Day Camp". I've also left her there for overnight camping when I was on vacation and she's loved it. There are cameras that you can watch your pup on, too. Every time I pick up my girl, she's hesitant to even leave! She's pooped when she gets home, too. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!
I had a great experience with camp bow wow until the last day. My puppy, who is not aggressive at all, and was not in the fight, got bit on her ear twice. I never received a call about the incident, they waited until I got there to tell me, and said “oh we will give you her free for the day”, acting like they were doing me a favor. I’m not sure if it’s lack of training, too many dogs for the people to watch at once, etc. but something needs to change. RecommendedMe and my wife love the Strongsville location. We tried one closer to home to split it because I have to get up at 4:30 to get him there and make it to work. We live in Akron. The first day at the other location my wife got a call that a dog got aggressive and attacked his ear and he was bleeding. The other dog was supposed to be dismissed but will be back. So now I'm getting up early twice a week to take him where we know they care for him like we do.
RecommendedI can’t explain what this place has meant to us. We travel A LOT. The guilt we feel is lessened because we know our babies are loved and cared for. They love going to camp. I love watching the counselors loving on my babies on the camera feeds. They are a Godsend. 💕
RecommendedMiller loves to go to camp! We drop him off in the morning before work, he gets to play, eat, and nap all day and then he is worn out when he comes home. All of the staff is very friendly and dog loving!
