We separate the dogs into our indoor / outdoor play yards based on their size, temperament and play style where they socialize and play with other dogs all day long. I dropped my 4 month old puppy for the “free puppy Monday” so she could socialize and we could try out Camp Bow Wow. I was told she would be playing with 6-10 puppies about her size and a golden “if she [my dog] warmed up,” as she was very nervous and timid. Well, I saw 10 minutes later she was in a room with 14 other full grown dogs. No toys or an area to run. My puppy seemed to enjoy himself and I had his nails clipped. He was tired frim playing but happy
My pup is well cared for and gets lots of loves. Kelsie, the groomer, always does an excellent job!
Kelsey is an excellent groomer. She's very patience with my very anxious little pup and always gives her a great puppy makeover... The staff are always friendly and at the times I've had to board my pups, I always feel confident they are well taken care for and safe. Also love the video feeds that lets us view them too !

Not a great staff/kennel.
Too many dogs in one area when they have empty rooms they could have split them up. Staff is not properly trained to handle certain situations. My dog was in a fight and they never checked him over and therefore didnt see the puncture wound on his leg and the next morning he's limping. I received 2 different stories from 2 people, including the manager, both claimed to watch the footage but told me completely different stories yet refused to let me see the footage for myself.
