RecommendedAwesome Customer service, fair pricing, and the work they do is amazing! This is a 2nd experience working with them and I couldn’t be happier! Today when I went in to pick my Jeep up, I had a huge surprise waiting for me! One of the employees recognized my name on a Facebook post where I’m asking for donations of shoes to be sent to the homeless in Nashville and he rallied everyone to gather shoes and socks and had them waiting in my Jeep for me!!!! I especially appreciated that they did a quick clean up of my interior as well, this busy mama rarely gets the time to do it myself so that was a nice touch. Out standing customer service, outstanding auto body repair. No need to look else where. I had my classic car repaired here and they had no problem stepping up with special concerns I had for the car. Like keeping it inside overnight because it's easy to take an old car . They definitely care about customer satisfaction.
