I’ve been extremely disappointed with how poorly Essex has handled my renters insurance verification. Despite submitting proof of insurance multiple times which clearly shows coverage since my move-in date, they continue to charge me unnecessary insurance fees. I even attached the required documents and included all requested details, yet they keep claiming it’s not “processed” or “meeting requirements.” This has been dragged out & become a long email thread , costing me both time and money.
