The staff that "manages" this complex is terrible at responding or addressing issues. Good luck getting ahold of anyone for anything. The unit above me had a leak that caused my bathroom roof to cave in. It was blocked off, and drywall cut out from the entire ceiling and into the wall, deeming it unusable. I have been left in the dark for over a week with no way forward. Property management fails to swiftly and adequately address quality of life issues within the unit itself and broader residential community. The team has ghosted me on issues and then has had the audacity to raise the rent substantially. If you don’t believe me, check out Essex Property Trust’s page on Better Business Bureau.
