This lender was awful. The loan officer, Marlene, mishandled many things during the loan process for the buyer. Initially the inspection needed for city funding approval was delayed as she ordered it very late in the process. Then in the last days before closing escrow she held up closing for almost a week until we presented the buyer's agent with a demand to close. I strongly urge buyer's to find a better lender.
