They never answered the phone after I tried calling like 30 times this ain’t the place to go to when u need help frl
I tried twice to schedule an intake appointment from my TriCare referral. The first time I was transferred two times, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. The second time I was transferred FIVE TIMES and was given a seventh number to call and a list of documents I have to bring to an intake appointment. Do not change your provider to them if you have TriCare, use someone else.
