I tried twice to schedule an intake appointment from my TriCare referral. The first time I was transferred two times, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. The second time I was transferred FIVE TIMES and was given a seventh number to call and a list of documents I have to bring to an intake appointment. Do not change your provider to them if you have TriCare, use someone else.
Best experience I had with them with all the staff members there in the therapist they have different people that come from everywhere to help out and is helping me and my family they offer a lot of services I'm very happy with them services we will continue to help everyone else I will refer others they do not judge you and they do keep secrets and they try to see both sides of everything it treats you like family
