absolutely terrible and unprofessional behavior towards some patients they have! everytime my sister calls she gets NO answer. not only that but just recently her boyfriend tried to get her medication only to be met with aggression from the people who work there! would NOT recommend
Didn’t even need to visit this place to know they are a hot mess. My family doctor sent over a referral for me to them. I called to schedule the appointment and the lady that answered said “your not in my system but just show up any day to do a virtual visit” I asked how much would it be with my insurance and what counselor I’ll be seeing and she stated “we don’t know anything about insurance prices and you see whoever is available each day”…….
