These people wasted my time. I went to 3 separate appointments thinking I was going to see an MD. They do not have an MD and cannot prescribe the proper medication I need. I asked the staff at every appointment if they were able to prescribe controlled substances. I was given the round about and told to come in for another appointment. Finally, at the most recent appointment, I was told "oh we cant prescribe controlled substances" I cried and asked why they didn't answer my questions before hand. Be aware of using their services. First, they refer to their nurses as psychiatrists. A psychiatrist is a medial doctor NOT a nurse. Second, in order to receive a diagnosis there MUST be thorough testing done. This testing is made up of different types of questionnaires, observations and other forms of data collecting NOT just from a phone call. This has been the best mental health service for my son Joseph that has schizophrenia everyone in the office knows him the dr has help my son unbelievable thank you all so much
They will do not but berate you for trying to do what's right if you seek help here for your children. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Seek help elsewhere!!!
They really need to work on scheduling. My appointment was at 1:30 but when i got their they had changed my appointment time to 1:20. They could have let me know ahead of time. I even had my appointment card that clearly showed my appointment was at 1:30 but of course they acted like it was my fault and i had to reschedule. Very unprofessional. They wasted my time and gas.
