This apartment is an uphill battle against cockroaches and ants that you will not win. Great apartment for college kids or temporary living but after two years its too much. Also this company that owns it sucks, they took away 2 parking spots from the handful they offer and gave them to ‘maintenance only’ did i mention that maintenance has 4 garages and they regularly raise the price of garages? The bathroom had mold they had painted over year after year that began to show. Multiple hospital trips for ‘random sickness’. Pain... read more
I am grateful that i was given the opportunity to rent there. It is peaceful, quite, friendly staff, the manager is great. All around, i loved this place. I recommend all to rent here.
