Karen Douvillier is by far, the best Nurse Practitioner ever. Karen listens to what you are saying and has amazing communication skills. I have had the absolute pleasure of having her look over my health needs at Camino Health San Clemente. Because of all these things above, Karen referred me to UCI Medical for major surgery, which was completely successful.

Just dont go here, especially if you're trans. Terrible wait times, incompetent staff, incompetent doctors, go anywhere else. Unpleasant people to work with and they will ignore your issues. Worst medical experience of my life.
This review does not apply to my Doctor (Ruth Herdy), who is lovely, knowledgeable and has always steered me correctly, but rather the practice itself. It consistently takes over 15m wait to get anyone by phone, then when you finally speak to someone, there’s never an appointment available for at least 3-4 weeks, so why bother having a PCP if you always just need to treat all maladies by going to urgent care?
