I’m here waiting for 40 min that’s bad
I have been a patient of Dr. Karen for the last year and she is wonderful! As is everyone else working at this office! Dr. Karen makes me feel comfortable and always listens attentively when I am telling her my concerns. She doesn’t try to just solve it with a prescription, but gives me options and asks how I’d like to proceed. I’m so grateful for this Health Center!
The most horrific service ever! I've been lying in bed over the weekend with a clear bone fracture, (forget the pain), and they told me that they can give me an appointment next Monday?!? Broken leg and I have to wait another week for them to simply give me a referral?!? After I explained 3 times to the Einstein from Camino "Health" that in the ER all I got a was a temporary splinter and I have to see a doctor ASAP, I was told that I will receive a call asap. After 27 hours I was told that ASAP for them is 24 to 72 hours... ... read more
Always great service and response times! Highly recommended :)
I was :15 late and they wouldn’t see me. No sympathy for post-partum moms. Business is more important than being a human. Shame on them.
