Just dont go here, especially if you're trans. Terrible wait times, incompetent staff, incompetent doctors, go anywhere else. Unpleasant people to work with and they will ignore your issues. Worst medical experience of my life.
This review does not apply to my Doctor (Ruth Herdy), who is lovely, knowledgeable and has always steered me correctly, but rather the practice itself. It consistently takes over 15m wait to get anyone by phone, then when you finally speak to someone, there’s never an appointment available for at least 3-4 weeks, so why bother having a PCP if you always just need to treat all maladies by going to urgent care? The workers were super slow and they only kept talking instead of doing their job.
Doctors are very slow and the people at the office are lazy. appointments are long
