I been here for almost a year and everything is been great. The lady’s are the main office are really attentive and helpful. I like how they always give maintenance to the apartments, utilities, and they are always trying to improve, it shows how they really care about their tenants.
Read before renting Our experience at Camino Del Rey started badly. When we moved in, the apartment was not properly cleaned, and we had to sweep, mop, and clean the bathrooms ourselves. Management repeatedly apologized but never resolved the issue before move-in. During the move, someone also broke into our apartment. Management simply stated that it was the previous tenant, and they showed little concern about the break in and broken front door lock. Thank you for making my short stay a great experience. I loved the quiet area. The management team was very helpful when I needed something fixed or had a question. If ever I have to come back to Del Rio, I look forward to coming to these apartments. Very affordable and maintained.
My stay here at Camino del Rey apartments was very pleasant. The management was always prepared to fix any problems plumbing wise AC wise or even carpentry. They're very prompt with changing out the air filters for the AC. I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the on-site laundry room which was not very expensive either. The on-site pool privileges are very nice as well the pool's always clean and the landscaping is always maintained and well-kept. The reviews are under three stars for a reason. Management is a rude and will not answer your requests in a timely fashion. They will add unnecessary charges to your rent and move out fees. Very money hungry. Rent at your own risk.
