The apartments are decent for what they charge for rent. One month after moving out however, I received a charge of $543 for what they called to be "regular wear and tear and cleaning fees"? Two weeks after moving out they already had the new tenants living there. The apartment was actually cleaner when I left then when I initially received the keys.
I’ve been living in one of the 3 bedroom apartments. Everything is lovely. The apartments are spacious and definitely a deal for the price. However, when I first looked into the apartments, I made sure to check the floor plan. The floor plan states that all 3 bedroom apartments come with a laundry room unit located in the garage. When I asked about my laundry unit, I was told nobody gets their own laundry unit space. I asked about this topic about 4 times, each time being told no or being dismissed.
