My biggest concern with this property was management and the move out process. I had written communication, texts, and signed paperwork showing specific concession/free rent months. Later I was told this was a “mistake,” asked to re sign documents, and the original terms were changed. Despite raising this multiple times with onsite management and the supervisor, nothing was resolved. It felt like errors on their end were not acknowledged or corrected. Prices were nice and low when I first move in. when renewing, they went up $500. kinda disappointed. However, I do see they have adjusted the rental cost. changed to 3 star
Have been renting updated 1 bedroom spacious apartment for almost one year and have been very satisfied. No noisy neighbors..no bugs..nobody upstairs..Clean..beautiful landscape..Sparking heated pool and jacuzzi. Covered parking..Great neighborhood..Only downside very high gas bill in winter and high electricity bill in summer
Over priced rent plus it is not gated thieves can easily break in to your cars. The laundry area is not safe as well. Other people or tenants can steal your laundry. This is not a safe a apartment not recommendable plus super over priced.
