Very disappointed with Camillo Builders’ conduct during the construction of Loam House in Sandringham, developed by Auyin. As the builder of a major apartment development, Camillo should understand that construction will inevitably cause disruption to the surrounding neighbourhood. Most residents accept that. What is difficult to accept is the apparent lack of consideration shown to those living nearby. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Here are a few reasons why: 1. One of the screws in their framing punctured a pipe in the wall causing a water leak in the house. Water damage to the walls and mould growing under the floor boards (they still haven't come to fix it and it's been almost 6 months now) 2. Their basement carpark ceiling had an acid leak causing severe acid damage to my car 3.
