The way they do business is not acceptable. My wife went there to do free estimate for braces, and they randomly charged her insurance maximum amount she is allowed to use which is $1500, and it been more than 8 months, bunch of calls, emails, and no refund. We installed braces elsewhere, and wanted them to service them since they already took our money, and after making appointment, they randomly called my wife and cancelled her appointment for no reason, or miscommunication. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went today, it was my first time and they were all so sweet and anyone who wants to get braces I recommend you to this Orthodontics.

The office has a fun and inviting environment, they really go all out to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Being able to get our x-rays done in the office is also a perk! Great location in Federal Way.
