Have seen Dr. Nolton for years. Never had a problem with scheduling our appt for the next year when we left. This year an email was sent to confirm our appointments. When I responded to email it stated that that appointment time was not available. I called to confirm the appointment, but had to leave a voicemail. When office staff returned my call she stated that when we booked it was for just a reminder. Never heard of this . The card clearly stated appointment time. She stated needed to reschedule. Beware! They will cancel your appointment with no notification!We had been going here several years! Our annual appointments were canceled when we arrived! The desk person was indifferent and rude! I will be addressing the loss of time and inconvenience via legal counsel and channels!And notified the corporate sponsor of Lenscrafter of the issue and loss of a customer for life!
Dr. Nolton is an excellent optometrist. During the entire time she was my doctor, I always felt heard, and seen. I knew she would listen to my concerns. I never once felt like she rushed through our appointment and she would always ask about my family and job during my visit. She even became my child's optometrist. They also enjoyed the yearly visits with her as well. If you're looking for an optometrist in the Pensacola area, then Dr. Nolton is the best choice in my opinion.
Dr Nolton was excellent. She was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my vision and was also very good at building a care plan. She did not rush me and I was never pressured to buy any product or service. I would recommend her services to anyone.
My experience was great both time I went. The Staff is very friendly and respectable. Dr.Nolton made sure I understood my options and answered all my questions. I love it there, and will be going back for more service.
Dr. Nolton is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor and she has an AWESOME staff. I REALLY ENJOYED the visit. 5 star visit
