Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mental health practice. My psychiatrist left and I was never notified by anyone including the practitioner. I ended up running out of my medication because they repeatedly didn’t fill it. I had to call them 3 times (45+ mins on hold each time by the way). They repeatedly told me they would fill the medications and never did. Their automated system doesn’t call you back. The manager/supervisors don’t call back either.
