The Camille does have a few nice things about it. Within our unit itself, everything looks beautiful and newly renovated. There is plenty of storage in the apartment and an additional storage unit right outside in the hallway, so your unit never has to look cluttered. This place has gone downhill ever since the manager Maria moved in with her boyfriend and their pitbull dogs. The fighting is constant! Does anyone know who I can talk to about this regular disturbance. These apartments are not designed to have two pitbulls dogs, and the walls are paper thin to hear everything. staff is highly unprofessional, apartment are very poorly maintained, they don't return deposit. elevators are always broken.
The apartment building has a strong, unpleasant odor and is clearly neglected. As others have noted, the property management is extremely poor. Tenants are treated with the same disregard that’s shown to the building itself. There are more affordable and better-maintained options available nearby.
Why I left this apartment: Laundry room is like haunted house. Machines eat coins and give trauma in return. Dryer spins like it’s launching a rocket, and after 60 minutes, clothes still wet. Apple Pay sign is just for decoration — doesn’t work ever. Neighbors treat washers like storage lockers. They dump clothes and disappear like they’re on vacation. Come back next day as if time froze.
