I’d give Dr. Camille 0 stars if I could. Due to her neglecting to fill my meds on time in the past, to not even knowing the correct dosage I was on for WEEKS and refusing to let me see another provider in her office, which would again, leave me without meds, I had to leave her practice and find an APRN elsewhere. I mentioned my unhappiness being a patient of hers and that I’m transitioning to my Primary Care soon but that I may still need one more refill on meds. Providers like Dr. Camille are why people who struggle with mental health are skeptical about seeking treatment. Her approach is very harsh; not warm at all. She came across as agitated when I asked questions or voiced concerns about medication. I was even told that I was “doing too much.” She was always late to our telehealth sessions which were of course shortened. She ignored my requests for my records and refused to refer me for further assessment. This has made it very difficult to get the care I need.

I absolutely appreciate the love, time, and dedication she provides to her patients. She has a heart of gold. Genuinely wants what is best for her patients. She takes the time to listen and provide the most appropriate care for her patients.
