One time i was running late & called ahead to let them know, the lady on the phone had an attitude and said i have to reschedule for being 20 minutes late, but when i got there and spoke to the lady at the front desk, she said that i was perfectly fine and they called me in 5 minutes after. Now, I keep calling to see when my next appointment is and no one is answering. Ive tried for three days and they just keep forwarding my call.
Sounds like you have no bedside manner..maybe you shouldn't be a Dr. if that's how you treat patients. Shameful.
