I was compelled to write a review today, or more of a shout-out, which I don't think I've ever done before, for anyone. My experience at the emergency dept was long. Still, in the 4 hours that I sat in the waiting area, I got to witness some of the challenges and obstacles that the front intake staff encountered, and this was, no doubt, only an insignificant fraction of what they deal with daily.
