Can Wortman sold me my house in 2016, and it was an easy process. He knows the area and understood what I was looking for. When I decided to sell the house in 2020, I called Cam. He had my house on the market April 1st, and we closed escrow on May 14th for the price I was asking, that is as good as it gets. Cam is experienced, professional and very personable. My wife and I purchased our first home with Cam and even though the process took a while (because of the bank) Cam was our rockstar, he helped us the entire way, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Look no further, you won't be disappointed with Cameron's service and expertise. He knows and lives in the area. It is unusual to find someone so forthcoming, honest, follows up and a good communicator. I live 2-3 hours drive away and after meeting with Cameron one time at the property, I never went back. I was that confident with his ability. Cameron had recommended that I replace the carpet and do some minor landscape work.
