I just moved in this past week and I’ve had a really positive experience. All the leasing office workers were very patient with me because I was moving in site unseen. I never got to tour in person because I was moving from long distance but they were very helpful and it worked me out a great deal. The only maintenance req (non emergent) I submitted was answered fast in 12hr. Kim and Tamika are really great and very sweet. The move in process was easy and they were able to accommodate my move in date which was great. My only complaint and reason for the four stars is because I was shown a video tour of a unit and was told this is what the unit looks like so I assumed that my unit would look the same or be updated. I unfortunately have to rate Cameron SouthPark Apartments 2 out of 5 stars. My boyfriend and I moved here from out of state just a month ago, and it has been one issue after another. MOST IMPORTANTLY: this apartment has a roach problem. Once this was brought to management’s attention, it took days just to receive a response. Communication is extremely poor — unless you physically go into the office and demand to be heard, your messages are ignored. My experience with the leasing team (Taneka and Kim) has been excellent. They both went above and beyond to make the application and approval process smooth and efficient. They communicated clearly, followed up quickly, and made sure I understood everything. Their professionalism and support truly made a difference. Highly recommend!
I moved to Charlotte from out of state on short notice for a new job, and Ms. Kim in the leasing office was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and worked diligently to ensure I could move in right on my scheduled date with minimal issues. I really appreciated her support during a hectic time.
