Toured this property a few weeks ago, and it looks like some areas are never maintained.! There were fallen trees all over the property (could tell they had been there for a while), garages had mold all over the doors and had been patched up with a piece of wood. There were multiple abandoned cars that looked like they had been there for a decade! When I stopped at the outside lounge area, there were piles of dog crap (large dog)!!
