They allowed my apartment to flood my downstairs neighbors apartment for 3 weeks with zero action. My neighbor was told by maintenance that they were not doing anything to fix the issue nor were they breaking her lease. The property manager, Olivia, was completely uninformed as to the workings of the property she manages. Sinking flooring. Obvious water damage and they do not care to fix it.
We love living here! The front office staff and maintenance are awesome! Korey and Charley from maintenance have been amazing! They are very kind and knowledgeable with anything that may arise. They go above and beyond on making sure residents are taken care of! Ms. Kim from the front office is very nice and helpful! 10/10 Taneka was great!
Taneka was amazing! I was in-between houses, and by that I mean sleeping on friends couches, and sometimes in my car. I’d been told by coworkers that I wouldn’t be able to find anything in Southpark that wasn’t super high in rent, and I was honestly really nervous about getting denied all together. Taneka really changed my mind about all that, and I am incredibly grateful I was able to move in so fast at such a great rate. 10/10 for the whole experience. Easy move in experience. Apartment is in a good area with a reasonable price. Taneka and Olivia were very helpful during the application and move in process.
