They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this orthopedic surgeon use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Was the waiting area spacious? Yes
