The fall off once the originals property manager who passed and Jerri left has to be studied residents loud ALL hours of the night no consideration for others who work or have children leasing office don’t care either walls are thin but consideration is free , Leasing office slow on taking maintenance orders , MICE in walls , ROACHES , be aware , they need to shut this place down and invest in the property instead of keep bringing new people .
They send out emails stating they're working on the hallways making them look nice and the gate supposed to be worked on and nothing has been done yet. The gate hasn't worked for the 3-4 years I been here. Carpet in the hallways are filthy from aging and not properly cleaned. The cleaning lady rarely mops, and she mops over the carpet. Be prepared this is long. The management and office staff are very nice, polite, and professional. Anytime I’ve spoken with them, they have been courteous and willing to listen, which I truly appreciate. The property itself has a modern look and, at first glance, seems like a nice place to live. Within the first three days of moving in, I began seeing roaches throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just one or two they were very noticeable and frequent.
