I hate that my first review as a new resident has to be this. I received my keys on June 30 and have not had working air conditioning since move-in. During one of the hottest weeks of the year, with temperatures near 100 degrees, my apartment has been sitting at 88 degrees inside. I was a former resident at this property and has been getting the run around to obtain my security deposit back. It’s been 5 months as of now I left on good standards with no balance along with knowledge stating my refund would be granted. Tiffany has been encouraging me to contact Rushmore due to her constantly stating she for get to speak with her supervisor when in meetings. SMH… however Makenzie has been a great help with trying to resolve this matter for me but I have still not gotten no where!!

I moved to this complex recently and the move-in was very smooth! The complex is clean, the neighborhood is friendly, and I would like to give a special thank you to the management + staff! Thank you Ms. McKenzie and Ms. Tiffany for helping me move into a beautiful unit!

OMG!!! 🤩 i love the way the people in the office make you feel right at home, the walk thru was amazing, beautiful apartments, outdoor was well kept up, and most of all they allow dogs “ major plus” thanks i will be making this my next resident.. THANKS McKenzie…!! I hope i spell her name right but she made me feel right at home

Here’s a polished review you can post: I’ve had such a great experience with the management team at Cameron Pointe Apartments. Tiffany, the property manager, is professional, understanding, and truly cares about the residents and keeping the community running smoothly. Mackenzie in leasing was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the process easy and stress-free from start to finish.
