I’ve been living here since 2021, it has been a headache since then. Once a month SOMETHING breaks and not only that they take forever to come fix it. There has been bees and flys coming through my bedroom window every summer, I contacted them multiple times about it and nothing has been done! Last year 2024 the hot water in the kitchen went out and til this day Sept 2nd, 2025 we still don’t have hot water in the kitchen nor does the dishwasher work!!
