This is place is trash! MIIIICCCCEEEEE. Nobody should be paying rent here. It's inhumane and it's disgusting. They have to do better FAST! Every apartment needs a real inspection and real exterminating. A lot of apartments are being sued for these kinds of issues. It's unhealthy and depressing.

I hate that my first review as a new resident has to be this. I received my keys on June 30 and have not had working air conditioning since move-in. During one of the hottest weeks of the year, with temperatures near 100 degrees, my apartment has been sitting at 88 degrees inside. I reported the issue on July 1 and was told it was considered an emergency because of the extreme heat. I was assured maintenance would be contacted, but no one came. I was a former resident at this property and has been getting the run around to obtain my security deposit back. It’s been 5 months as of now I left on good standards with no balance along with knowledge stating my refund would be granted. Tiffany has been encouraging me to contact Rushmore due to her constantly stating she for get to speak with her supervisor when in meetings. SMH… however Makenzie has been a great help with trying to resolve this matter for me but I have still not gotten no where!!
