The front office manager was very warm and welcoming. The clinic is clean and inviting with soft music playing in the background. That does help to relax me. My hygienist was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job on my cleaning. Everyone who had a part of my experience was good to me. The staff is professional, and kind. I couldn’t help but be impressed with the Doctor and all the technology used at my appointment. I am definitely a new patient that will be back. Brett Crick
It was a very friendly and welcoming environment. I was very nervous because the last dentist I saw made me feel like I was a bad person for going so long between cleanings and said I had all these problems that he would have to refer me out to a specialist for and would max out me insurance with only half of the first treatment. Very happy I found Dr.Nav and his staff. After having an Unfortunate experience at my last dentist, I was left with more dental anxiety and was very nervous about going back to a dentist. I contacted Cameron Park family dentistry and was greeted by a very knowledgeable receptionist who explained what I would expect at my appointment and offered to even do my consultation and teeth cleaning in two separate visits if it Made me more comfortable. First of all I don't like going to the dentist. Once I got there the team made me feel comfortable. I never had a dentist that could give me a shot without feeling it. Excellent dentist and staff.
