Came here for a few sessions with my son. The therapists we had were both lovely people and did a fabulous job. My gripe is the front desk gal. She is very rude. Most of the time when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my son to be out of his session she would be bad mouthing countless clients. Don’t sit there and talk crap about people while you have customers in your lobby. It’s very unprofessional. I’m not sure how you are still employed here to be honest.
Very unprofessional, and minimally qualified to practice. I should of listened to the other reviews and found other treatment options! It's just been hard because this place is the only place available at this time for me, this place should be shut down, I hope anyone seeking help finds help some we're else because we are Worth it!
Frank is very unprofessional. He showed up on my personal doorstep out of the blue one day, completely creeping me out and unannounced. Fortunately I had a housefull of classmates otherwise who knows how it could have turned out as I am a single mom. He had no valid reason for being on my porch and I did end up reporting him to the board.
Marie was unorganized, unfocused, and unprofessional. She was passive aggressive to both me and my husband, but especially to me. We really wanted to use our insurance, so we attended three session, one couples and one individual session for each of us. Miles is absolutely amazing with my boys. He’s given them tools to cope with frustration and me great insight into how to best approach them as a parent when they are having BIG FEELINGS. As a parent, I’m so glad that I decided to have Miles work with my boys as they are now thriving with a better sense of self and confidence.
