To put it bluntly, Cameron Nims has kept me mobile for the last twenty-five years. I have degenerative bone disease, bone spurs, nerve spasms, and am missing a disk and part of a vertebra. There are times when the pain is almost unbearable, but Cameron ALWAYS fixes me. I walk in hunched over like Quasimodo and dance out like Ginger Rogers! Oh, and he's delightfully witty while he's doing it.

I bicycle approximately 3000 to 5000 miles a year since 2005. I began to have lots of wrist, elbow, neck and hand pain and numbness in 2010 and was diagnosed with carpel tunnel but decided to see how long I could go without surgery.
