I went in with the wrong appointment booked for my needs, the staff was super helpful and thankfully were able to fit me in that same day with the correct appointment. Staff was super professional and respected my privacy and did their best to get me care.

A few things annoy me with this practice. First, I find the front desk staff very rude. Long waits for them to pick up the phone, then their tone is very short and irritable, like they do not want to talk to you. I asked if I would have a fasting cholesterol test as part of my annual exam, and she snapped at me and turned it around on me if I wanted the test. My experience with this practice is that the staff seem serious at work and are usually polite on the phone. Sometimes they forget to return a call. PA’s and doctors I’ve seen have always been great. Very short waiting time usually. The first time I had a super bad experience was when I was administered the wrong shot. The practice always seems to have their billing and insurance on point more than some other jobs in general

I've been a patient at this practice for 30ish years and have never had an issue. I was sorry when Dr. Cohen retired, but the doctor who came in after was fine. She left after a couple of years. And now, Dr. Ikem has started practicing there and she's delightful! Kind, caring, ask great questions and really listens. I do hope she stays around for a long time! Prescriptions are not called in. The doctor does not return calls. Staff seems to rotate constantly. I have not seen the same person twice in a row in over a year, and there is no indication that anyone ever reads my chart before I visit. I called on a Tuesday to try and make an appointment for a follow up on a pneumonia diagnosis I was given at an urgent care and was told there were no available appointments for the rest of the week.
