Have been to see Dr. Lewis in the past. I felt he didnt take me very seriously and none of my concerns were addressed. Today i had a referral sent in. When they called me to schedule, they stated that I am not allowed to choose my Healthcare provider and must see Dr. Lewis since ive seen him before. I informed them that I do have the right to choose my healthcare and do cancel my referral. I will have it sent elsewhere. It took 20 days for them to contact me to schedule, further delaying my care.
First visit I found Dr Lewis very informative and professional. He sent me for a hearing test, then when I called for the results he did not even listen to me when he said my problem was different than I had seen him for and told me my symptoms (wrong symptoms than what I saw him for) were neurological (which they may very well be). Very dismissive and I could not even say anything or ask anything about a medication he had mentioned could help me.
Thank you dr lewis and the entire team for giving me my hearing back… I’m grateful and honored for your service… peace.
Doc is lazy and rude.
Did not solve any of my issues. Goodbye to him.
