!!!DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I really would. It was a pretty decent place to live when Rachel was the property manager, ever since she left, the living conditions are more than terrible. The management, the leaks, the smells, the stolen packages, the mold, the cockroaches, I could go on and on and on. Pros- it’s a good location by the river and I liked the look of exposed brick and pillars in the apartment. Cons- Maintenance requests were pending for months. We had a water leak for 4 months causing mold build up, tiles fell off the bathroom (request was up for 2 months prior to move out), and when we moved out they charged us the entire deposit plus $40 extra. We’ve called at least three times and nobody has actually gotten back to us and it’s been 4 months since.
Na-Kesha Taylor was a wonderful tour guide and not only showed all options that fit my needs but gave a detailed tour of the whole property. Definitely looking to move in soon!
I don't live here so I can not speak on that, but outside of the building on 22nd street it wreaks of dog poo EVERYDAY because the owners do not pick up after their pets on the front porch facing the sidewalk. You have to walk on the opposite side of the street to avoid the strong smell.
Management failed to get my ESA approved and ignored all of our emails and call. AC went down in the middle of summer and we were without for 5 days. No substitute unit was provided and it was 80+ in our apartment. When we moved in the towel racks, cabinet doors, and ceiling fan were broken and never fixed. We pay a lot of money for very little.
