One of the best appartments I’ve toured in RVA very unique appartments with great sensory
If I could give this apartment zero stars I would. I NEVER moved into a unit here THANK GOD. I applied to get an apartment here at the river lofts RVA, I checked pictures, I liked the amenities being offered and the community looks great to me. A few days go by and I am approved for the apartment! I get sent a lease the same day I was approved before paying a security deposit. That’s never happened to me before. This place became ridiculous since January 2025. I’ve been living here for 6 years and used to be great , but since this new management took over, the place turned into a nightmare . The building stinks, the package room is a joke, crowded, and the door is always broken, and getting assistance for repairs is not easy , but the worst is definitely the people in the office .
