I have lived at this apartment complex twice, most recently since 2020, and the condition and management of this property has steadily declined. As a disabled veteran, I expected at minimum a safe and properly maintained living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. During the snowstorm, the steps leading to the parking lot were not properly cleared or salted. Never rent here. They will make every and any excuse in the book for their poor maintenance workers, garbage communication, and will delay and gaslight you. I'm so glad I left that cesspool if you want to keep your sanity do not rent here

The property manager is simply awful. She's responsible for the highest turnover rate in westminster's history which included a total of 17 maintenance techs. She destroyed properties and destroyed people's living meaning staff. She is unfit to oversee a building. Westminster did not have the gall to fire her which they should. I do not recommend living here. I moved into this community on May 8, 2026, and from the day I moved in, the air conditioning in my apartment has not functioned properly. I submitted a maintenance request immediately and emailed management. Initially, I received a prompt response and someone came out to address the issue. Unfortunately, the repair only lasted a few days before the air conditioning stopped working again. Lived here for over a year now. My partner and I aren't going to renew our lease. It's a shame really since the buildings and area are so neat and charming. However it's faults can't be ignored. 1 HVAC guy for 5 buildings tackling requirements that have been due since the winter. As of writing this it's about to be June, my partner and I have been without AC since February. With multiple maintenance requests we are at our wits end.
