Dr. Francis and his staff are AMAZING!!! Very honest, doesn’t oversell you and staff is very nice. Plus they have a great yearly plan that can fit into your budget. I highly recommend them!!!
Unprofessional and bad experience over all. So many better options to choose from. Called me a few days ago and unfortunately I don’t get dental or vision cards. I asked if they could call and get it. They were rude and refused. Never mentioned I had to be here 30 min prior to my appointment. Why schedule a 3pm apt if they have to see you at 2:30pm??? It was never mentioned, I got here and the older lady was rude and unprofessional, never have I been treated like I did with a dental office. Too many options to choose from.
