They don't take care of the property. The put a dumpster out by the road where everyone can see it. It always has trash all over the ground and trash doesn't get picked up. It's such an eye sore to those who live across the street.
My apartment was not move-in ready on April 1st as promised. There were still issues from the previous tenant, the cleaning wasn’t completed before I moved in, and some maintenance concerns remain unresolved months later. A maintenance workers even left cigarette/or weed ashes in and above my sink (which they no longer work here may I add) My other concern is the children frequently knocking on doors and invading residents’ privacy. not only was it hard for me to get a hold of somebody after calling several times to get information on how to apply but once I got to speak to somebody the staff person that answered the phone was very very rude & sarcastic. they were completely unprofessional and made me completely change my mind about moving there.
Lived there for a year. Nice place for the most part. A lot of neighbor issues.
