If I could give it a 0 stare review I would. I have lived her for going on 3 years the staff in the office is rude, maintenance don’t come fix anything, nor do they pick trash up around the buildings or even the trash cans, they let little kids run around and destroy peoples things, let them make messes. They rent to young people and let them be loud. They don’t get onto people about letting their dogs poop everywhere and not pick it up. They over charge you. They “miss” place money orders. The management staff are all friendly and respectful. Each time I call in I'm met with courteous interactions. My only complaint is that the pool isn't available. Fingers crossed 🤞 for 2026 4/2026 Addendum: unfortunately I'm in a position to need to edit my initial review. I agree that the maintenance issue is really inconsistent I'm not sure if that starts with office staff or otherwise. I live this neighborhood for 17 years, but for last 4 years, i been having problems getting stuff done the management has been sucked. They don't do nothing the maintenance all they do is smoke weed, and walk around Only one maintenance Does fix the stuff, but the office is too slow to get things done. They always promise to fixed things and the next year you sign list. That's it. They changed their mind. Manager, she is rude.They don't fix nothing. And now it's not even about that anymore. Can't believe people are lazy over here. They got two dumpsters or more in each plot and people still can't hit it and throw their trash away. I don't understand it looks nice. Seems nice but so much trash everywhere.
