The pool hasn’t been open since 2019. It should’ve been taken off the list of amenities Staff change’s like the wind maintenance as well the owners don’t seem to care about the property or the residents.Getting anything fixed is rare.If you have a choice don’t move there.
I’ve been living here for almost four years now, and the pool has never been opened. The last year and a half, I’ve needed a ground-floor apartment because my son now requires a wheelchair most of the day. We have to carry his wheelchair up and down the stairs, which is incredibly inconvenient. I hate living here, and the rent they charge isn’t worth it.

Although this place isn't the most worse apartment complex I've lived in, it's a bit deceptive. For example, the website says there's a pool, and there is a pool... that hasn't been open since 2019. Both times I asked office staff if it will be open, I've been told they're working on it. It's behind the office so I periodically check to see if there's any activity to indicate what I've been told is true. There is none. They don't take care of the property. The put a dumpster out by the road where everyone can see it. It always has trash all over the ground and trash doesn't get picked up. It's such an eye sore to those who live across the street.
