We’ve been here for a week. Can’t wash clothes because the inside of the washer and dryer are disgusting. They only gave us one shower rod for 2 bathrooms. Toilet paper holders fell off the walls from day 1. Day 2 we stated seeing roaches. The front desk is rude and lazy. Complained about it to management up front and she was rude and stopped contacting us about what needed to be done. The heater makes a crazy loud sound when it cuts on. Started out great they can't keep help in the office things break you put in a order a d they said they fixed it when they did not we was faith full to them for over a year ran into trouble and management lied and played games for several months until we fell behind we asked for help and they dud not want to help at all and they also play tenets against each other and causes problems with in the community

I live this neighborhood for 17 years, but for last 4 years, i been having problems getting stuff done the management has been sucked. They don't do nothing the maintenance all they do is smoke weed, and walk around Only one maintenance Does fix the stuff, but the office is too slow to get things done. They always promise to fixed things and the next year you sign list. That's it. They changed their mind. Manager, she is rude.They don't fix nothing. And now it's not even about that anymore.
