I have heard of slum lords, and this place is. Roaches everywhere, sewer backs up at least once a month. Awful conditions of exterior property also, beer bottles everywhere, glass that could be dangerous for a child. These problems are never taken care of, they should charge alot less for the conditions people have to tollerate.
