The women who have helped my during the week are amazing people but on Saturday I called to see if I can get an answer to a question I was wondering about and I’m giving them a 1 star because Saturday call service is very rude and unprofessional hangs up calls and answers like she hates her job all she has to do is apologize and say she doesn’t have the information I’m looking for but does the complete opposite very disgusting attitude of a human being
Terrible service, ignorant staff lacking empathy and please fire Marcy Moseley.
