Booked a viewing through Avenue Living, let them know about my dog (breed and size) and they told me she didn't fall under any restrictions. Today, Charlene reached out to me and let me know that my viewing was cancelled because they wouldn't allow my dog. ...What? How disorganized could you get. Also, it was the same Charlene that couldn't be bothered to send me photos for the right units TWICE in a row and didn't even do my viewing on the right day. I am so happy living in this building, it's very clean, quiet and under the crime watch program! The Midwest Property management team here are great and always available which is very much appreciated!!
