Awesome place
They can raise their rent prices to keep up with inflation, but they can not update their appliances to keep up with the standard of living. This place was built in 2004 and they haven’t remodeled or updated anything since. They advertise a laundry room… been here almost a year and one out of two washers has been filled with water the entire time, completely unusable.
