Update as of 1/31/23 My duaghter has received a new blendjetI will keep it real it took some time to finally get a call from someone,but I will say that i was given the iption of a full refund I chose not to use the refund but have rhe blendjet replaces and try to give this an honest look over and have my daughter tell me what she thinks of this product.
