Although I did not visit this store in person, they were able to ship an item to me very quickly. I was after a specific adapter and they were one of the only stores in Australia that had stock in hand. Each interaction I had via phone and email was delightful and helpful. I've been waiting 20 days for any details about the lens I purchased on your website. Yesterday I requested a refund and have not received a response. If you do not have the lens in stock and are unsure when it will arrive, it should not be available for sale on your website.
I came in today to get some photos done. I had awesome customer service from Julian. Well done, she is a credit to the business.

Yesterday Thursday 04/12 I went to the store completely determined to buy a camera. I wasn’t sure which one, so I arrived full of doubts and with a set budget.
