Outstanding customer service! I went to the store yesterday and spoke with Aiden about lens options for my new camera. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and gave me valuable advice that really helped me decide. Excellent service!
I contacted the Ringwood store today as I planned on bring my camera in to be fixed. I spoke with Tankit (Apologies if I misheard or spelled this wrong). He was so helpful, he ran me through a bunch of settings and it appears I have fixed my problem. I haven't been able to use the camera for over a month until now. This store is smaller than the Croydon store. They do however stock a good range of cameras and even telescopes. So far I've bought a canon camera and prime lens from Camera House. You can pick up your order from any of their stores. They are located on level one near the west car park between the two travellators and close to Myer.
