What an amazing store and staff! Definitely a great representative of why shop local is the way to go! Fantastic knowledge of products, competitive pricing and best of all John and staff will not rush you, they offer old fashion customer service when purchasing products and after sales questions and education. Highly recommend this store and staff !

Even though I didn't buy anything today, they were so knowledgeable and willing to help and chat. Shout out to the great customer service from the dude with the awesome moustache and fabulous bird pics! The only down side is that now I feel like I that 200-600 lens...
Recently returning from OS l had many photos from multiple sources. I'm a technophobe and l worried l would loose all whilst trying to consolidate them. Gus combined them on to one stick and gave me some helpful tips. Thank you so much. Well worth the drive from Ballina.
