Great to see Camera House starting up again in Joondalup. Remembered working at the one in Lakeside when it was still open. Staff here are amazing. Thomas and Robin are very knowledgeable and experienced photographers that will give you truthful knowledge and not just make sales. Worth a visit if you’re new to photography or looking at upgrading your gear. Prices are competitive and they’ve got a good range available.
I'm so grateful for the incredible customer service at this store, particularly the assistance I received from Thomas. I came into the store the day before filming a wedding and needed to re-configure my equipment. I honestly couldn't have achieved what I achieved without his assistance. His knowledge and willingness to help me transform my set up went beyond what I expected and he stayed almost an hour past closing time to help me out since I was fast running out of time before the wedding.
