I receieved excellent service from all areas of Camera House that I dealt with recently - from the online store, Ringwood store and Hobart store. Between the three, they helped me track down the product I was after, walked me through ordering and paying on the website and were quick to get the item in the post. It was much appreciated and I'm enjoying getting to know my new camera!

My husband and I visited the store twice to take our baby's passport photo, and we encountered a very rude man staff. We arrived in town an hour early to allow time for our baby to wake up. Once she was awake, we went into the store right away. The man took us downstairs, but within two minutes, he lost his patience. He kept complaining about how difficult it is to take a photo of a baby who has just woken up and rushed us, even though my husband politely asked him to wait a few moments for her to be fully awake. I put in an online order to print some photos. The prints are no good, look highly compressed and not as sharp as the original photos. They are poor quality and a waste of money. Will not print here again. However, the whole transaction was seamless and took very little time.
