I went in to have my passport photo taken and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I wasn’t happy with the initial shots, so I politely asked James if we could take a few more, as this is a photo I’ll have for the next 10 years. I was mindful of time as I was on my lunch break and didn’t want to take too long, but as a paying customer I felt it was reasonable to want a photo I was comfortable with. I went into this branch because I had some dust on the sensor of my Sony camera which was spoiling my pictures. Although the shop doesn't offer cleaning, assistant Mike A was super helpful and suggested a cleaning kit, which I bought. This was easy to use and worked a treat. There are also plenty of swabs and liquid to clean again in future. Thank you Mike!
Came into the city to get a passport photo taken for our young baby. They saw us immediately, we’re so patient with us and bub. They spent as much time as necessary and took a bunch of images to make sure we got what we needed for the application. Great service, really appreciated! Will always recommend and will come back here!
Last week I went instore to check my Fujifilm camera as the SD card wasn’t working and there was a super friendly and helpful staff member who told me to come back in with my camera. I returned and the man who served me seemed sort of put out. He was rather blunt and told me I’d inserted the card wrong and that my screen wasn’t turning on and the battery was no good - I got home and clicked the sensor button on the camera and the screen worked fine, maybe he doesn’t know much about that camera model but he didn’t even try an... read more
I can't praise the customer service from Mike more highly! I called up with a damaged camera and even though they don't repair them in store, he spent a good 20 minutes on the phone to me discussing my options and offering support. Really appreciated the time and effort. Thank you Mike! ☺️
