Ive only ever received outstanding customer service from Mike and the team at Camera House Hobart. On many occasions the help I needed was urgent and on each and every occasion they went above and beyond to help. Prices are very competitive with the mainland camera stores but the customer service makes them the best option for my photo business. Im very grateful to have such a fantastic brick and mortar camera store here in Tasmania!
I purchased a small camera for a trip during sales. Two weeks before I was due to leave I opened the camera to charge it. The camera was faulty. I returned the camera back and the Camera House Team used their knowledge and connections to get the camera replaced before the trip (10 days). Manufacturing faults happen, but the after sales services was exceptional. Better still was the updates received during the review and replacement process.
Dropped in this morning after having 2 flat camera batteries and no way to charge them. Turns out one of them had failed but was able to get a portable charger that runs off USB. The guys were all extremely helpful so if you have any camera questions then I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
