I came this morning to take Passport Photos. I did a payment but the network of the efptos didn’t work, so i paid in another machine. After leaving the store I double checked my bank account and realised both transaction went through. The same person that took my picture was really rude and told me he can’t do anything to help me. Making me feel it was my own problem. Customer service is really bad in this shop. I am sure I was unlucky and had the worst worker of the shop. !!!!!Be careful with your payments in this shop!!!!!
We came here to take a passport style photo. We paid twice the price $27x2 = $54 (quite expensive), he said there was no network connection but the transaction went trough two times. When we asked his help to get the money back he said there was nothing he could do and now we need to contact the bank and hopefully get our money back. DO NOT COME HERE!
