Good luck getting them to service anything. Paid for a year with no service. Call after call to get our system serviced so we could actually use it and nothing. Highly recommend a different company
The install crew Jason Hamilton and Trent are thorough, friendly and will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Our install was a challenge with a very tall TV/radio tower Jason climbed to mount a heavy PTZ camera. Jason retrieved a harness to safely get the camera to the height we wanted. Trent had a narrow, dark older house attic he handled very well. Both Jason and Trent communicate in harmony with the wiring and they are savvy with the device tutorial as well. These guys were very easy to work with. They made a contract and delivered above and beyond what was promised! Very easy to talk to as well. They explained how all of the features worked on my new camera set up, and gave me a direct line to call if I have any questions. The cameras look great! The AI Features make it very easy to filter through footage. Thank you guys very much! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
Absolutely recommend this company. The nicest guys installed my security system at my diner and did an amazing job. Great customer service explained everything with patience and very easy to understand. Each person I’ve talked to about the process from the beginning is so nice. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!
If you need security cameras these are the folks to call!! The entire process was great! Jason and the crew who installed our system did a great job and were knowledgeable in camera placement and what areas we needed to see. We couldn’t be happier with our new system!
