Visited this Great store yesterday for the first time...very impressed!! My tripod mount was stripped on my camera and I wasn't able to use a tripod anymore, I went into this store and he checked out every possible solution for me, went up and down the isles looking at everything he had to offer. When none of that worked, he went behind the counter and started looking in boxes... He didn't give up until he was able to help me, and it only cost $3!! I left there a Very happy woman!
